NORMAN — After last season’s struggles, the Oklahoma women’s basketball team is off to a 2-1 start.
Even in the loss, to a Missouri State team coming off a Sweet 16 berth, coach Sherri Coale’s Sooners showed a measure of promise.
Oklahoma returns to action for the first time in six days when it hosts Stephen F. Austin at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the annual Field Trip Day.
