DALLAS — The first penalty flag of OU-Texas was thrown 30 minutes before kickoff.
The Sooners and Longhorns had a pregame standoff at midfield after warmups. Players from both sides had to be separated and a flag came out.
Every player from both teams was assessed an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
If any player receives an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty during the game, that player will be ejected.
