NORMAN — Three Sooners have been named to the 2020 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year Watch List.
Junior utility player Jocelyn Alo, sophomore outfielder Grace Green and senior pitcher Giselle Juarez were all announced as members of the watch list on Wednesday.
Alo has a .399 career batting average over two seasons at Oklahoma. She has hit 46 home runs for the Sooners to date. Green recorded a .359 batting average last season and was named Big 12 Freshman of the Years. Juarez posted a 1.39 earned run average for the 2019 season, striking out 269 batters in 186.
