“We're just fighting the same challenges that a lot of other schools are,” Castiglione said. “And not just schools, a lot of other sports. I've watched a major league baseball, I'd watch the NFL, I've watched NBA in some cities, or other sports and even college football. There really isn't a sport that hasn't had to face a new reality.
