NORMAN — Oklahoma (4-0) beat William & Mary (4-1) 75-70 on Monday night in Norman.
The Sooners were down for most of the game, only briefly taking the lead a few times in the second half. Oklahoma was able to take the lead with under three minutes left and held on from there to get the win.
A 3-pointer and a dunk by junior forward Brady Manek allowed Oklahoma to take a late lead it wouldn't let go of.
Kristian Doolittle and Austin Reaves led the Sooners. Doolittle scored 19 points and Reaves had 18, while both recorded 8 rebounds.
