NORMAN — As Lincoln Riley rattled off a list of receivers who have impressed him this preseason, a notable but not obvious name stood out: Drake Stoops.
Drake Stoops the walk-on from Norman North High School, the twin brother of fellow Sooner Isaac Stoops — and of course — the son of famed former OU coach Bob Stoops.
“The guy is a legend here, but I don’t think he wants to be looked at as Stoops’ son,” wide receiver CeeDee Lamb said. “He wants to be Drake. That’s what we have with him. We want him to fit in with us.
