An Oklahoma playmaker is going to finish his career somewhere else.
Sooners wide receiver Charleston Rambo announced on Monday that he would be entering the transfer portal.
Thought of as arguably the top receiving option coming into the 2020 season, Rambo really fell behind some other Oklahoma receivers who had breakout seasons in 2020 like Marvin Mims and Theo Wease. It is hard to view his season as anything other than a bit underwhelming.
After catching 43 passes for 743 passes and five touchdowns in 2019, Rambo only had 25 receptions for 312 yards and three scores in 2020.
