On Sunday, backup quarterback Tanner Mordecai announced he was entering the transfer portal and then running back T.J. Pledger did the same on Monday. Now Josh McCuistion of SoonerScoop is reporting the Sooners are expecting the return of running back Kennedy Brooks for the 2021 season.
