Oklahoma will open the season at No. 4 in the AP Top 25. The preseason poll was released Monday morning.
Clemson, Alabama and Georgia round out the top three.
The Sooners cracked the preseason top-10 for the fourth consecutive season.
Oklahoma was also ranked fourth in the preseason Coaches Poll. The Sooners began last season ranked No. 7 in the AP Top 25.
OU opens the season Sept. 1 against Houston.
