OU President Joseph Harroz said at the OU Board of Regents meeting on Friday that the school plans on allowing full-capacity crowds this fall at Gaylord Family — Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
"We are planning on going back to full capacity with safeguards in place," Harroz said.
OU athletic director Joe Castiglione, echoed Harroz's comments in an email sent to ticket-holders Friday.
"We are excited to again hear the roar of our great crowd while delivering for our student-athletes the unparalleled experience of competing on Owen Field," Castiglione said in the email.
"Our planning process is rooted in our ongoing consultation with the state’s leading medical authorities.
