NORMAN — Oklahoma has been without junior defensive tackle Marquise Overton and sophomore defensive end Tyreece Lott since the first game of the season, but both players are expected back soon, Lincoln Riley said Monday.
"I think for both those guys it’ll be in the near future," Riley said. "I think we’re talking more days now instead of weeks. I think that’s a good sign. I don’t think it’s anything long term. Just a lingering issue that we’re about to get over the hump with."
Overton has missed time after having an appendectomy before the UCLA game.
