NORMAN — Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops announced his 2016 signing class Wednesday, meaning that — barring any surprise additions to the class in the next few months — we have a pretty solid idea of what next year’s team will look like.
The Sooners signed 18 players this year, with another one — four-star linebacker Bryce Youngquist — to be determined based on the personal issue he’s dealing with.
