Another Saturday, another wild Oklahoma finish. The Sooners beat TCU 28-24 in a game that once was a rout but ended up going to the wire at Owen Field. The grades reflect a crazy night:
Defensive crunch time: A
For the second straight game, OU’s defense was excellent down the stretch of a tight game. TCU’s final three possessions went punt, punt, interception. Safety Brendan Radley-Hiles made the game-sealing interception with 1:41 left, but even before that, the Sooner defense played well. TCU had 10 offensive possessions and scored 17 points. The Horned Frogs had just 204 total yards and 11 first downs.
