The last time Trevor Knight stepped foot on the turf at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, he was suited up in a crimson and cream uniform. That night, he propelled the Sooners to a 45-31 upset of Alabama. When he returned to the field this time around, Knight still sported plenty of crimson, but he was wearing red and white Mardi Gras beads and an OU polo. With his final year at Texas A&M finished after a 33-28 loss to Kansas State in the Texas Bowl, Knight traveled to New Orleans to support his former team and watch his brother Connor play the last game of his college career.
