NORMAN — When Calvin Thibodeaux and Tim Kish were trying to convince Kenneth Murray to come to Oklahoma, Murray kept going back to the film of Eric Striker.
Striker, who starred for the Sooners at outside linebacker through the 2015 season, was a pass-rushing machine who made his name coming off the edge and terrorizing quarterbacks.
“I watched guys like that, and I kind of looked at my game, and I could see the resemblance," said Murray out of Missouri City (Texas) Elkins High School. "So I just try to take stuff that they do well and try to put it all together in my game so that way I can be an even better player.
