NORMAN — Oklahoma went through its first full scrimmage of preseason camp Saturday, going through approximately 100 plays at Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
The scrimmage was closed to both fans and media.
Among the players who sat out the scrimmage were wide receivers Dede Westbrook and Mykel Jones and outside linebacker Caleb Kelly.
The highlight of the day was Joe Mixon's 69-yard touchdown reception from Baker Mayfield.
Kickers Austin Seibert and Kyle Pfau each hit 47-yard field goals.
The other score in the scrimmage came on a 20-yard touchdown pass from Mayfield to walk-on receiver Nick Basquine.
