Freshman offensive lineman Brey Walker, from Westmoore High School, made his Sooner debut Saturday against Kansas State.
He's been added to the redshirt tracker while another pair of freshmen — safety Delarrin Turner-Yell and defensive end Jalen Redmond — played in their second games of the season.
College football's new redshirt rule allows players to participate in up to four games and still redshirt and maintain an extra year of eligibility. We'll monitor how the Sooners are using the rule each week in our redshirt tracker.
