Oklahoma Sooners coach Bob Stoops announced Monday that defensive end Matt Dimon's playing career is over due to an injury.
Dimon had been out since Sept. 17 due to an Achilles injury he suffered against Ohio State.
Dimon, a senior, had logged 15 career starts with the Sooners, including all 13 on Oklahoma's playoff team last year.
