Lincoln Riley gave fans of the Oklahoma Sooners the eyes early Saturday morning, and big news came in the form of Joseph Weté’s commitment to his program shortly thereafter. The four-star defensive end out of Gonzaga High School in Washington, DC. chose the Sooners over Penn State, USC, Michigan and a number of other elite programs.
Weté, an athletic pass rusher who measures at around 6’4” and 220, officially visited Oklahoma during the weekend of the spring game, which continues to look like the most successful recruiting weekend in the recent history of the program.
