What’s happening, my good folks?
I’ll tell you what’s happening. The basketball regular season has yet to begin, both on the college and pro levels, but at least one former Sooner hoops star is already making his presence felt in a big way during preseason action. You may have heard about him, or perhaps you’ve seen his show on television a time or two.
That’s right, people. The Trae Young Show is back!
Okay, maybe it’s not quite back to the heights it was cruising at when the ultra-talented point guard was playing in Norman (at least in December and January), but that final game-winning bomb and the ensuing crowd reaction brought back memories of Young and the Oklahoma Sooners setting the college basketball world ablaze, if only for a month or two.
