Oklahoma Sooners radio play-by-play man Toby Rowland aka the voice of OU Football has announced he will not be calling this week’s Cotton Bowl matchup against the Florida Gators after testing positive for COVID-19.
Rowland says he will still provide pregame and postgame coverage remotely from home, but Sooner Sports Radio Network’s Chris Plank will assume the game’s play-by-play duties from inside AT&T Stadium.
