So Lincoln Riley held his first game-week press conference of 2018 yesterday, and he’s as excited as anybody to kick off the 2018 season. Florida Atlantic is a legitimate threat to give the Oklahoma Sooners a quality test, and Riley recognizes this. That’s why he challenged Sooner fans to get up, get loud and make the Owls feel the presence of OU’s home field advantage (in spite of the early kickoff).
If the stadium is rocking from the get-go, that can help the team jump out to a hot start on both sides of the ball.
