The Oklahoma Sooners capped off the regular season with a dominating win over the Iowa State Cyclones to the tune of 81-60. This was the largest margin of victory for the Sooners since defeating Northwest by 26 on December 22nd. Oklahoma is now 18-12 on the season, finishing with an 8-10 record in Big 12 play.
In perhaps his final game in the Lloyd Noble Center, Trae Young had a relatively quiet night with 15 points and six assists, but still became the first player in NCAA history to record 800 plus points and 250 plus assists in a single season since assists were first recorded as an official stat (1983).
