Oklahoma's 2016 baseball season is still two months away from getting underway, but on Monday two Sooners were awarded preseason All-American honors by Collegiate Baseball News/Louisville Slugger.
Neuse, who was also a Freshman All-American, in 2013 has now been named as a preseason All-American for the second consecutive season. Last season, Oklahoma's shortstop batted .275 with 6 home runs and 43 RBI. At the conclusion of the season he was named All-Big 12 First Team for the second year in a row.
Hansen was an all conference honorable mention last season but will enter 2016 as a first round prospect for the summer MLB draft.
