It would be no surprise before the season to think the Oklahoma Sooners, for at least one week, would have the most impactful transfer addition in college football. However, it would be assumed the honor would go to quarterback John Mateer or running back Jaydn Ott, who were both No. 1 at their positions when they signed with the Sooners out of the Transfer Portal this offseason.
Pete Nakos of On3, though, deemed OU kicker Tate Sandell as the the Week 10 most impactful Transfer Portal player after his historical performance in the Sooners' 33-27 road win over Tennessee on Saturday in Knoxville.
