At least he is not on the enrollment list at the University of Oklahoma for the summer session, according to the Oklahoma City Oklahoman. This begs the obvious follow-up question, what’s up with this?
Seibert, who will be in his third season with the Sooners, last week was named to the watch list for the Ray Guy Award, presented every season to the best punter in college football. That may be a problem, though, because he is not permitted to work out with the team without being enrolled in school.
An OU team spokesperson told the Oklahoman that this is just a temporary situation and that Seibert is expected to be enrolled and back in school for the fall semester.
