Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, linebacker Kenneth Murray and quarterback Jalen Hurts were the three Sooner honorees. Lamb was named Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week, Murray Defensive Player of the Week and Hurts is the Newcomer of the Week.
All three played prominent roles in the OU win over Texas, the Sooners fourth in the last five meetings against the Longhorns.
Lamb caught a career-high 10 passes for 171 yards and three OU touchdowns on Saturday. He has now caught a TD pass in eight consecutive games.
