The Oklahoma football national ranking improved one spot this week in both the Associated Press and Coaches Polls despite not playing.
The Sooners (6-2, 5-2) are 13th in both national polls, up from 14th, and they are likely to move up also in the College Football Playoff rankings when the new rankings come out Tuesday night. OU was 11th in the initial 2020 CFP rankings last week.
