As expected, Oklahoma football recruiting on Friday added another five-star commitment to its No. 1-ranked 2023 class.
DeAndre Moore Jr., an elite wide receiver from the same school as previous 2023 OU commits Malachi Nelson, the No. 2 QB in the class, and athlete/WR Makai Lemon, committed to the Sooners on Friday. He chose Oklahoma over Alabama, USC, Oregon and Florida State.
ESPN rates Moore as the No. 11 player overall and the No. 1 wide receiver in the 2023 class. He is the seventh commitment for Lincoln Riley in the Sooners 2023 class and the fourth five-star prospect among the seven Sooner commitments so far.
