The San Fransicsco Chronicle reported late last night that the Oakland Athletics are expecting Kyler Murray – the team’s first-round draft pick and No. 9 overall in the 2018 Major League Baseball draft – to throw his hat in the ring at some point before the Jan. 14 deadline.
