Oklahoma football plans to bring fans back at full capacity in 2021

Oklahoma football is planning to bring back fans in full this fall.

After a 2020 season in which the Sooners played home games at 25-percent capacity, a full Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium will make its return in 2021. With improved vaccination numbers in the state of Oklahoma, over 80,000 fans will potentially make their return to Norman to cheer on the six-time defending Big 12-champion Sooners.

Safeguards are said to be in place for this new plan It is unclear at this time if masks will be required for attendance.
