As first reported by longtime OU reporter Dean Blevins last night, it appears Kyler Murray‘s status as the starter for the Baylor game is up in the air.
Rumors have been rampant in the last 12 hours that Murray may be sitting out some time as a punishment for missing a meeting or class this past week.
SBNation is reporting that Kendall’s mom – who has a protected and private Twitter account – tweeted her son will start against the Bears yesterday.
Lotta rumors that QB Murray suspended. My sources indicate nothing major … but possibly would not start v Bay for minor violation — possibly something like late to practice.
