The Sooner senior from Belleville, Illinois, handles both the punting and placekicking duties for Oklahoma, and he has done so for the past three seasons.
He is the only Big 12 player to be nominated, as a preseason watch list candidate, for both the Ray Guy Award and the Lou Groza Award.
The Ray Guy Award is presented every season to the player determined to be the best punter in college football. The Lou Groza Award is conferred annually to the top collegiate place-kicker (kickoffs, field goals, extra points).
