Oklahoma football got a huge in-state commitment from four-star defensive end Ethan Downs.Downs, a 2021 prospect out of Weatherford, chose Oklahoma football over offers from Texas, LSU, Penn State, Texas A&M and several others.
At 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, Downs has a big frame. He could potentially put on some weight and move inside to mimick someone like Ronnie Perkins or be more of a hybrid guy like Jalen Redomond.
Wherever Downs ends up, he’ll bring elite athleticism with him.
