The Sooners shot a deplorable 27.6 percent in the opening half, while Baylor connected on 16 of 29 field goals, eight more than OU, and four of nine from behind the three-point line to run out to a 39-21 halftime advantage.
And the damage became even worse in the second half as the Sooners were never got above 28 percent shooting for the game and were just 20 percent from three-point range (4 of 20).
