While it's Texas Tech and Kansas State who will benefit most from the Jayhawks' demise, the Sooners celebrated a 81-68 victory over KU that will likely punch their ticket to the NCAA tournament for a second straight year.
The Sooners never trailed in the game as Kansas' three-point shooting never got going. The Jayhawks finished just 7-of-31 from beyond the arc while Oklahoma was nine of 23 from long range and shot 49 percent from the floor overall.
