MUSTANG — Tate Picklo wasn’t always a die-hard OU fan.
In fact, the Mustang star wrestler was a staunch supporter of Oklahoma State before committing to the Sooners last year.
“I used to have a poster of (OSU coach) John Smith in my room,” he said. “I ended up taking that down. I don’t have that anymore.”
Picklo got rid of his Cowboy paraphernalia, but his twin sister, Trinity, has plenty of OSU gear in her room.
And on Wednesday at Mustang High School, the Picklo twins made their allegiances official.
Tate signed his National Letter of Intent with OU and will join his older brother, Cam, in the wrestling program next year.
