In the first edition of Kiper's mock draft, released a month ago, Mayfield was projected to go to Washington at No. 13. But Alex Smith's arrival in Washington made that an unlikely landing spot for Mayfield.
This time around, Kiper believes Mayfield could be a good fit for the Jets — if the franchise doesn't land Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins.
