Four-star 2026 wide receiver Jayden Petit, who has recently reemerged as a top OU target, announced on Wednesday evening that he officially decommitted from the Wisconsin Badgers, meaning he’s for sure going to play his college ball somewhere else, and it’s looking like it will be for the Sooners.

“I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to pursue my dream of playing college football at the highest level,” Petit wrote in his announcement. “After a great deal of thought, prayer, and honest reflection, I have made the very difficult decision to decommit from the University of Wisconsin.
