Nothing is ever neat or easy as it seems in a conference that has featured three-way tiebreakers and co-champions despite a contradictory (and well-constructed) motto. The whole notion of the Big 12 season coming down to two games between Oklahoma and Oklahoma State seemed way too simplistic.
Now TCU is back in the Big 12 mix in a big way and rising in the AP Top 25 at No. 9 this week after its win over Oklahoma State. From Waco, where Oklahoma escaped Baylor, to Kansas, where the Jayhawks put a scare in West Virginia, nothing is quite certain anymore.
