OU freshman point guard Jamal Bieniemy was the Bedlam hero Wednesday night. Call it well-earned laurels.
Bieniemy scored 17 points, made all six of his shots and didn’t commit a turnover. He had one assist and three steals.
Bieniemy played 35 unassuming minutes, and you get the feeling Lon Kruger is ready to hand this team over to Bieniemy, whose minutes in seven Big 12 games go 13, 19, 23, 17, 20, 36 and 35.
