It’s a common number where lists stop. Traditionally, you talk about which things that are in the “top ten” … whether we are talking about teams in the college football rankings or the list of jokes told by former late night talk show host David Letterman.
Someone running the Twitter feed for ESPN’s SportsCenter decided that wasn’t good enough and sent out the top 11 teams that were ranked in the AP Poll when it was released Sunday:
