The Sherriff of Fansville will be on duty Oct. 11.
Former Oklahoma linebacker Brian Bosworth will be in Davis the day before the Oklahoma-Texas game as Arbuckle Mountain Fried Pies is transformed into Dr Pepper's Fansville Pit Stop for the day.
The shop will be stocked exclusively with Dr Pepper products including Dr Pepper fried pies, limited edition merchandise and free Dr Pepper.
The shop, located at 4145 US-77, right off I-35, will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Bosworth making an appearance from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Bosworth plays the sheriff of Fansville in a series of Dr Pepper commercials.
