Q: Texas seems to play up and down to its competition... are you giving the 'Horns a shot against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl?
Scruggs: I think Texas will win the Sugar Bowl over Georgia. Bowl games are all about wanting to be there. Last year the Bulldogs were playing in the Rose Bowl and then the national title game in Atlanta.
