KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Big 12 is holding a press conference at 11 a.m. and is expected to cancel its men's and women's tournaments in Kansas City.

Texas and Texas Tech's men's teams left the Sprint Center court during warmups, the Austin American-Statesman's Brian Davis reported on Twitter. Texas' bench was also packed up. The Longhorns and Red Raiders were scheduled to tip off at 11:30 a.m. at Sprint Center.
