OU President David Boren has been one of the loudest advocates for Big 12 expansion--hoping the conference adds two teams in order to revive a conference championship and add a television network.
CBS Sports' Dennis Dodd reported Boren's thoughts on the Big 12 expansion aren't mutually agreed upon, however, with some of the university's Board of Regents members.
