Oklahoma signed multiple 5-stars in this class, but quarterback Spencer Rattler is the crown jewel. He’s expected to sit behind Alabama transfer Jalen Hurts and redshirt freshman Tanner Mordecai this season, but Rattler is talented enough to play right now if he had to.
