Finally through spring football, Oklahoma coach Lincoln Riley has nearly completed a full head coaching cycle.
He just did it a little bit out of order.
“We did this one backwards, kind of,” Riley said on the Big 12 teleconference Tuesday morning. “It's kind of weird that I haven't been through a whole season. This has been my first spring practice.
“There were definitely some things this spring that were new both with the fact that this was the first time rolling through it and also with some of the rule changes, specifically in recruiting, that made it new for everybody.
