The Oklahoma Sooners have already landed two solid wide receivers out of the Transfer Portal cycle, but after also losing eight to the portal from the position so far, that math doesn't add up. Even with just over a week left before the portal closes and many decisions already being made, there's still receiver talent out there for OU general manager Jim Nagy can bring to Norman.
Cole Adams was also previously listed as an Oklahoman that Nagy should pursue after Adams initially chose Bama over the Sooners out of Owasso High School. Adams, listed at 5-foot-10, wouldn't make a massive splash, but he would definitely be solid depth, and he's from the 2023 class that OU has lost all scholarship receivers from already.
