Three Oklahoma softball players were named to the Women’s college World Series All-Tournament team, after UCLA claimed the national title in a 5-4 win over the Sooners in Game 2 of the championship series Tuesday.
OU’s Jocelyn Alo, Nicole Mendes and Sydney Romero all got the All-Tournament nod. Oklahoma State pitcher Samantha Show also received the honor. UCLA pitcher Rachel Garcia won Most Outstanding Player.
